Well, 45 pom poms to be precise!
I may have mentioned before that I love getting special requests, so I was very excited when I was asked if I could make a continuous pom pom necklace - no chain, just poms poms all the way! Luckily the request was made in person, at the Made in Clerkenwell fair, so after some slightly odd measuring (using my Chenille necklaces as a measuring tool - thanks Sue, Allison and Sarah for helping with that!) we were able to work out that 45 individual pom poms would give the required length!
And here's the result! It has a lovely elegance that you wouldn't expect from so many pom poms, and has definitely given me some new ideas for my next range of pom pom necklaces...!
